Movies at Bryant Park: Wallflower Jeans

About a month ago, I went to a¬†benefit event in Bryant Park put on by RED, which included¬†an outdoor showing of Sleepless in Seattle and the fanciest picnic situation I’ve ever experienced prepared by renowned chef Mario Batali (many noms). With perfect temps, snacks on snacks, my Glossier Invisible Shield sunscreen (a MUST), a red candy station, a cocktail in hand, and the perfect dress from Wallflower Jeans, I was set for first of many city nights.

I’m a weeeee bit embarrassed that this is my FIRST post since moving to the Big Apple/Hoboken but that should give you an idea of how much of a whirlwind the past two months (!!) have been. I finally found a place to live in the ‘Boken (more on the Mile Square to come) and have been getting into the groove of that little thing called adulting. Now, after an inexcusable hiatus while I was takin’ care of business (#sorrynotsorry?), it’s time to get back to my one true love: blogging!

I’m still getting used to this unpredictable East Coast weather (humidity, what’s that?!), so I’ve been living in dresses and layering with chambray shirts and lightweight sweaters for those warm, rainy days. Plus, it’s super breathable.

This floral one from Wallflower Jeans has been on repeat recently. The muted pink is so in right now, and it’s a loose fit, so sweat stains aren’t as noticeable since it’s not hugging the body like a glove. It’s pretty much flattering on any shape and is a great transition piece when it comes time for those perfect Fall nights paired with booties and a chunky sweater. But for now, I throw on a pair of sandals, my Ray Bans, of course my Kendra Scott jewels and all my Glossier products to keep me looking fresh.

Cloudy or sunny skies for days, you need to protect your skin. Get your #skinsurance from Glossier here!
