Sugar Bowl | Kylie Cosmetics

Sugar, yes please!

If you’ve followed my Instagram the past few months, I’m wearing Kylie Lip Kits in like, every photo. So I thought, why not do a entire post dedicated to the collection I’ve started? And better yet, take photos with someone who I talk about them with 24/7 (seriously, we’ve got a lip kit group chat with one other friend).

So let me introduce you to my dear friend Hannah, who’s also a blogger! We work together at Kendra Scott and quickly realized that lip kits are lyfeee. Most of our other coworkers totally judge us for all the money we’ve given to Kylie, but they’re just too good not to pass up. It’s one of those ‘can’t knock it ’till ya try it products.’ But the colors look completely different on everyone, a la Hannah and I, so we created this post so you can see it for yourself.

We decided to shoot at Sugar Bowl in Old Town Scottsdale because we needed our environment to mimic the cupcake smell of our lip kits. And we had to order a massive treat that definitely was not in my diet plan, but whatevs-that’s why they invented spin class.

Thanks again Rebecca Condruti for the photos that are good enough to eat!

We tested the colors from light to dark, and as you can see, many look the same and others look SO different on us.  For example, we couldn’t really tell the difference between Candy K and Koko K!
